The Oliver Tufts House -- Sources
This web page represents information I compiled from numerous sources -- some online, many offline. I do intend to go back and footnote (or at least endnote) specific references but until then at least I can give credit in this manner.
By far the single most useful resource I found was the Local History Room at the Somerville Public Library (main branch). The Library web site includes this Slideshow of Somerville History The local history room is a wonderful resource for researching any local neighborhoods, buildings, or people through the city's history.
